I’m not giving up on it, am I being unreasonable for asking for the climate suit in exchange for the Hardwater suit, which the tags said had a removeable liner? Little bit of false advertisement of a product in my opinion.

Did you buy a set that never was supposed to have a liner? Or was missing the liner ?

I bought the Hardwater suit and the tags said that the jacket bibs had a removeable liner, on a warmer day when I went to take the liners out, there wasn’t any, I contacted striker ice and they said that only the climate suit had the removable liners, which it also looks like 2 weeks to get a return email. They said it was a marketing error and that the tags were printed wrong.

The leg zippers broke on my Striker bibs as well. Great product otherwise. I’m taking them to a local shop for repair after the season is over.

Any one have to deal with them at all.

I have new climate bibs and the inner liner zipper broke on the second wear. I emailed them and sent pictures ,but now they say I have to mail them in for anything to happen. I tried to tell them I use them daily and didnt drop almost 400 on bibs to not have them , and I dont have another pair to wear while they look at them for a month.

For spending 800 750 bucks on jacket and bibs I’m disappointed in the customer care.
I love the product they are the best I’ve worn but zipper issue sucks on the right leg of bibs

They must have changed their policy?
Back in the end of 2015,I split the crotch on a pair of Hardwater bibs that were worn twice.I did email them and sent a pic. They sent out a new pair, and I packed the old ones in the box with a return label.

That’s what I was hoping for. But they wouldn’t budge on that deal. Now that the season is almost over I will soon be shipping them off. But I bet they play the game saying they are out of warranty. The thing that bothered me was they never returned phone calls and the emails were a week or 2 apart.
