    I have been trying to contact Striker’s customer service department for about a month. I keep calling the number on there website and keep leaving messages. I have yet to receive a call back and I am getting pretty frustrated. Does anybody have any alternate contact info for them? I am ready to send my rod case back and be done with striker altogether. The one thing that really frustrates me is the lack of “customer service” these days.

    I have heard mixed reviews about the CS, some say it was fast and others are playing the waiting game. I don’t mean to drive the thread off-track, so feel free to PM me. Do you have the Transporter case? If so, what is wrong with it? Thinking about getting one…

    I have a transporter case. Had it for 4 seasons now. Thought it was the best thing since sliced bread then I had some issues. Broke my custom noodle rod because the tip got snagged in the fabric that’s inside the rod tubes. No reason for fabric in there. Then, the one storage compartment on the side split. No idea why. Contacted them and they pretty much said tough bounce. Love the suit I have of theirs but not pleased with the transporter case.

    I got there rod bag not the transporter case. You get 4 bait protectors that are suppose to velcro around the lure so they don’t snag the inside. Well the velcro on my bait protectors are both the same so they do not velcro together.

    My climate jacket ripped out in two places after I wore it twice. Returned it yesterday. I assume you are outside the return period.

    Not sure. Only owned it for 4 days and wanted my money back. I have jackets 1/3 the price that have been worn for years with no tears. Deciding what jacket route I should take.

    I can’t seem to find a email address or phone number for Striker Ice. I’ve been to their web site and there are no contact numbers or email address. I have a performance hoody with a stuck zipper and would like to contact them.

    Thanks CaptainMusky, I was on StrikerBands.con and couldn’t find it. I did solve the problem, a piece of thread unraveled and got caught in the zipper. Jammed up so I couldn’t zip or unzip my hoody. Got it out and lubed it up, works fine now. Love my Striker stuff.

    I facebook messaged Striker Ice and this what they told me the warranty is:

    1 year manufacturers warranty keep your proof of purchase .

    I used Facebook to contact them last year and had good success and great help. I’d go that route.

    thanks for the advice on contacting thru facebook,they contacted me and resolved my issue. I am now a happy camper.
