Got Hardwater bibs a couple of weeks ago and I’ve had the chance to use them several times. Overall, I’m very impressed. Heavy duty, warm, very waterproof. Solid upgrade from my old Strikemaster bibs.

    Two minor annoyances so far:

    – Only one top pocket. Sure miss having 2 pockets up high.
    – Not quite sure what I think of them little towel thingies that snap off. But I do know they attract wood shavings from waxie containers like magic. Whew. Sticky.

Agree about the towel thing; undecided. Mine are warm and had no issue fishing outside in -12 actual temps yesterday but I hate the leg zippers.

They literally will not fit over my Baffin boots and it’s a huge pain to try and get dressed in the dark in frigid temps.

My only complaint about the Striker Climate bibs I have is that they don’t have a belt. I didn’t think anything of it, but if I fish a full day with them my back gets extremely sore(I get lower back pain).

Fish all day in my Ice Armor bibs(which are inferior in many ways) and my back is just fine.

Amazing the difference that belt makes, need to figure out how to sew one on….

What about a wading belt over top like waders? I notice the same thing with hip waders, if I wear the belt my back is less sore.
