    I need help with Striker Brands LLC I ordered a product on line from them and can’t get a reply by phone or emails (Many calls and emails ) Anyone have this happen ?

    Maybe they are closed for christmas / New Years. Wouldn’t be the first smaller company that closes shop for two weeks around the holidays.

    Good point. With the timing of the holidays this year a lot of places shut their doors in the 23rd or 24th and won’t re-open until the 5th.

    Well they are updating their Facebook page as of yesterday at 11am.

    Might want to try there.

    Tim is a great guy to work with and will bend over backwards to get you what you need or answer any questions that you have. I would say the shop was probably closed for the holidays and someone was keeping up with the FB page on their phone.
