Anyone have reviews/feedback on the Apex stuff? Several places have them on sale now so it’s actually piqued my interest.

I have one. I’ve had 2 Hardwater Suits and a Climate suit as well. I think the Apex is a nice hybrid of the two. It’s definitely sticker shock when you look at the tag, but man it is REALLY nice. The primaloft material is very soft (similar to down) without being bulky or heavy, yet retaining the warmth. Google Primaloft Gold, it’s some pretty interesting material. I haven’t actually weighed the difference between the Apex and Climate, but it feels like about half the weight.
It seems to breathe well too as I’ve used it already multiple occasions while blowing snow and didn’t seem overly damp or sweaty after all the activity.

If you are looking for something warm and durable yet soft and flexible, I’d recommend it for sure. The price is another thing though. I have a feeling it might be on the outer limits of what a lot of people might pay.

One of my favorite features is the new articulating/rotating bib buckles.
