Has anyone used the lite flite for reopening holes in their wheel house? If so how well does it work? Would like to get rid of the 40 volt with chipper drill and go with a 24 volt and lite flite.

I reopen holes with my lite flite and it works out. But I know others who have issues doing it. Maybe they have issues with leveling the drill, I’m not sure. But I do it just fine

X2 people seem to have issues with every Strikemaster bit reopening holes. I never have.

SM has never been a good choice for reopening holes. Flat shavers like Ion or Pistol Bits work great.

I open old holes, turn 6 inch holes into 8 inch holes with no problem. 8 inch Liteflite on a Clam plate with a Dewalt 20 volt drill.
