I have a Strikemaster 6″ lazer hand auger and blades, and a 6″ serrated blade and shaft combination for my Strikemaster power auger. I just recently did the Clam electric drill conversion and used my 6″ lazer hand auger and non serrated blade set up. My question is does anyone see any problem with me using the serrated type blade that’s on the power auger on the hand auger shaft attached to my drill? Thanks for any help.

I use the lazer as well and it’s rather slick, what’s the appeal with the serrated blades? Just curious as I’ve never thought about it before.
