Strikemaster 40v battery charging issues???

    My 40v battery for my strikemaster won’t charge all the way. It shows 2 out of the 4 led lights lit up. When i put it on the charger it turns green, meaning its fully charged. I’ve tried cleaning connections but the battery still only reads half charged when i pull it off the charger after its green. Any ideas what could be going wrong?

    Bad cell in the battery or bad lead on the charger. Call them for warranty replacement if on warranty.

    Welcome to the world of electric. Spendy replacement batteries every couple years

    Did you check voltage? Maybe led indicators burned out.
