The Cedars down about 2′

Went out to my friend Georges place and made ditty poles out of water willows early this afternoon and seen that the water was down about 2′ from a couple days ago. The river bottom timbers are still flooded with 2′ too 3′ of water in them and im sure the catfish are feeding on the crawlers that are washed up. They start making thier way back twards the river now that the waters droping and aren’t in the very shallow water as much as when the waters coming up. Were going next week sometime if the water drops to a decent depth to set our ditty poles.
