Mid-day report 5/9/07

    Took a couple friends out fishing, i ended up with 4 walleye all 12-16″, and one 15-16″ Smallmouth. My buddies caught a couple smallies and a catfish. Pretty good day. One walleye and the large smallie came off a #5 Shad Rap, all the rest came off worms.

    Yep. They aren’t as aggressive as they have been, but they’re taking bait pretty steadily now. River here in Cedar Falls hasn’t fallen much recently. It needs to come down another foot or 2 and the feeding frenzie should be on!!

    From the bank Bill, haven’t gotten the boat up here yet, i’m dying too though.
