Here we go again.2.5 inches of rain last night and early a.m.,has pushed the local streams(Dakota/Goodhue county)high and dirty. This has been the worst year for for fishing decent water in my memory!I hope we stay rain free now through the end of September.Maybe we’ll be able to salvage something from what for me,has been a disappointing season. How did the streams down south fare?Anybody know?Mike

I haven’t been out since Wedsday. I was using dry’s through Lansboro but very little action on top. I caught 8 on a #12 Joes Hopper. The water was getting low but still had some color. I believe a little rain would have been good for that area particularly for crankbaits. From what I have heard there wasn’t enough rain down there to do any harm.
