    Stopped @ the dam to fish b-4 work this morning and picked up 2 14″ eyes. Gold head w/ white sparkle twister in 3/8 oz. Water seem to be clearing up a bit.Come-on spring

    thanks for the report on the cedar. Im going to try to go this saturday below the roller, wade out and fish a hole i know of.

    Well I tried again this morning, and caught nothing. However, I did tie into something big for just a short time. Hopefully just a tail hooked carp

    I broke into the scoring column last Sunday after a lot of trying. Fish were hungry. I’ve never done squat at the CF dam. Which side North or South? Did you have to wade?

    My fish came near that big island that all those people live on.

    South side, stood out on the 2nd to last pier, pitching to the current break. I’ve heard and seen plenty of guys fishing where you connected. I havent fished there much but would like to try my luck. Any color preferance ?

    Fished by that island yesterday with no luck during the sunniest part of the day, no luck. The color that worked right at dusk was a yellow/chart cross ringworm that I got from Hank’s.

    Tried the dam again this morning. No luck Went down river to the concrete wall on the north edge and nothing Try again another day

    I don’t know what’s wrong with the fish. A buddy of mine struck out last night too. Maybe the water is too clear. They should be on a tear now. Got to fish the big river on Sunday so will be preparing for that scene. Good luck and keep the posts coming.

    Picked up acouple small eyes tonight. Heard of a around a #10 someone caught last week.

    Well, you know how rumors spread around the bait shops in town. I caught an 8 pounder about that time out of the Cedar. Beautiful fish full of eggs. 8# test with a big chub fishing for northerns.
