Thought I would share a picture of a 31.5″ walleye caught last week on the Cedar River near Osage, Iowa. This fish was caught on a crankbait and released.

Here is the photo of the release. Does anyone have a recommendation on a company to make a fiberglass repro?

    jonb,
I am not familiar with any locally, although I remember a post earlier in the year that mentioned some in MN. You might try a search. Super fish, and great release.

nice fish there jon….what a great job the dnr is doing on their stocking program….5 or 6 years ago it wasnt very common to catch a nice walleye, and now you can catch a dozen or so on a float….where did you float from and to…just curious, i see i need to get back up to my parents house and get some fall fishing in…i could share a few spots if ya want…i know that river like the back of my hand from mitchell to floyd
