Well if you don’t know, the Cedar like most every river in this part of the state is flooding. However, there seems to be a certain segment of fishermen that think that’s the best time to fish. They have their big rods and heavy lines out and are hard at it in the downtown Waterloo area. I assume these guys are after catfish or rough fish. At least I hope that’s what the guy who was clearly trying to snag something was after!!
