Question about length limit

    Does anyone know how the length limits on Storm Lake came to be? Specifically did the City/County/Chamber of Commerce, etc. ask the DNR for a slot limit? What sort of pressure was necessary and who needs to be pressured? Any insight into how this was accomplished would be most appreciated. Thanks!!

    For as long as I remember there has been a length limit on Storm Lake for eyes.15″ min,1 over 22″‘s.
