    They need to make some repairs. What that entails I don’t know. The USDA website page on Stony Point CG would be worth checking for updates. I’m in the area, I’ll see if I can get more intel

    I have visited Chippewa National Forest and Rec.gov ad nauseum…

    Oh and if you have a suggestion for better firewood than the soggy chopped up bark scraps and pallets you get from a certain local supplier up there I’d be grateful, as well! whistling

    There’s another option about 2 miles south of Stony Point CG. It’s on Onigum rd. In The Woods Campground. It’s new. Here’s the website. https://inthewoodswalkermn.com/
