I run the 40V Strike Master with Lite flite and love it. Bought 2 batteries never ran the first one dry yet but I fish solo. Most holes I’ve drilled in a day is 40 or so.

Agree with pout, you can’t go wrong. I love mine. I would consider the 24 if I did not want 10 inch holes, I also never drill more than 40-50 holes. I keep hearing about the light flight and wondering is it just weight?

Thanks for the info so far. Just moved up on the rainy river and looking to get started. The neighbors are trying to show me what going on and a lot of good advice is appreciated. Tight line’s

High school days? Thought that’s how people survived parenting.

I have the 40 volt and its a great auger. My son has used it far more than me, but we havent had any issues thus far. When not in use I keep the batteries in a soft sided cooler and inside the fish house to keep warm. The most I have drilled was like 30 holes and the battery level was still around 50%.

    Was that your nickname Beads?

That wizard stuff just started getting popular so I was Harry Pothead. Friends at times refused to call me anything but Harry in school and the staff was so confused. SMH

Got one the 1st year they came out. Not a single issue with it so far. I’d buy another for sure.

I love the SM 40 volt. I haven’t had an issue yet. Have yet to run a battery dry.
