Well, hit the river up yesterday (Tuesday) with some friends from 11 in the morning to around 7 that evening. Rained most of the day, no wind and drizzle, enough to make it really wet in the boat all day. But was worth it. Ended up with 15 walleyes for 3 guys, only kept 5 because the others were between 20 and 23 inchers. Missed a lot of fish though, very soft biters. Picked up two in Walleye ally, one was a 21 inch female with a nice fat belly and tight…figured it was making its way up. Most of the fish came up by the 23 bridge. Seems you would get on a pod of fish around 77 and the ally, but then they were gone…again assuming they were still making their way up. Good times. Nice to see the river up .

I will be up there Friday again. Should start showing up in the classic spots along the river.

    Chris
