I’m thinking of heading up to the river (from the cities)this Friday, on the recommendation of a buddy who was up last weekend. Here’s my problem: He told me how to get to the boat launch they used (and had good success very near), but I can’t find where I wrote down the directions, and he is up on Winnie, and his cell phone doesn’t work! The spot they were fishing was right near the launch, which was very near a railroad bridge. I know he said they took the Carlton exit, but that he thought there would have been a faster way. Anyway, can anybody help clue me in as to where to go, Friday is gonna be the only day I can get out this weekend, and I’d really like to try it up there. Thanks!
