    Coast Guard is going to start icebreaking in the harbor on monday march 13th.Be careful if your going in the harbor.Lake Superior has had no ice all winter.

    time to get going an d get ready for the pond Open up the landings and get some cohos. Say good bye to ice and to open water.

    A good east wind can still blow some ice in the Duluth?Superior bay . I was hoping to get down to the Lester and cast spawn sacks for coho’s last week but it was iced in I hear there is better fishing up by the French where there is no ice

    oh mighty cohos you are on the north shore waiting to be put in the the boat. well this weekend my boat will be ready to hold you .
