Well its stink bug time and my back door into the house is full of them. I was just hosing water to get them knock down so I could get into the house. Well I kill so many of them by swatting them and step on them it started to stink on my shoes and fly swatter. So what to do for the smell.
Out come the febreze fabric spray. So far it is keeping 90% of them away. Maybe its the ticket!!!

    Harris brand spray

We have box elder bugs worse. Anyways I have been seeing great success with the Harris brands of spray. I have about 10,000 dead box elders on my deck

I’m sure it is, probably under a different name. Active ingredient is deltamethrin

BUT, many states you can not get that size. Why?? I have no clue.

Even better, here is the deltamethrin 4.75 concentrated. At 1 ounce per gallon, you can do a couple drums

I have box elder bugs so bad I may need a crop duster to dump a load of bug killer on my place.

I like Tempo as well. Doesn’t stain and can be used inside too. Keeps killing for up to 10 days.

Have spiders been worse this year where you are? Seems like it here. I guess they are wolf spiders.

Suspend also does a number on boxelder bugs and Asian beetles.

I was reading through spec sheets on Suspend sc, Harris, and others. All are the same with active ingredient Deltamethrin 4.75. Only difference would be how much each company dilutes it. Good stuff, it works

I used Ajax in a spray bottle. Give them a good dose and they’re dead in less than 30 seconds.

A friend gave me a bottle you hook up to a hose, think it was Ortho Max. Works great for killing box elder bugs.

Regarding them stink bugs, think I’ve only seen 3 of them all summer.

A good frost will take care of them.

Yup the dawn kills them off quick and isn’t actual poison. Friendly for the animals around the house

Mix Borax and Dawn dish soap with water, put in a sprayer. Will repell Box Elder bugs, Asian Beetles (soon to be renamed I am sure), and the Stinkies. The bugs do not stink unless you touch them or squish them.

Though I do find it hilarious that you guys are buying stuff I need to be licensed to use for hire. Make sure you read the label on that Suspend Ralph, if you have any enemies, they could turn you in for misuse.

On the second story of my house I sprayed the box elders with water. They came back in a few hours. I was going to use a jet hose end sprayer with dish soap the next day but it wasn’t as warm so there were very few. I would have killed the box elders and washed the siding at the same time. whistling

X2 on the Demon WP. Works awesome on the Asian Beetles. And very reasonable price. You can get it for 12.00 on Amazon and that makes 4 gallons.

Not the what, the where. They changed the label a few years back to limit application to 3 feet up and out of the foundation, and crack and crevice only. (At least for licensed applicators, anyway whistling ) Not the greatest help for bugs covering every square inch of the siding.

Unless they changed it back, gonna guess you have an old label.

Big difference in being hired. You have to have a licensed to work for hire in most anything, especially chemical work. Ralph is doing no wrong. Have to imagine no one would call the cops and say ” my neighbors spraying bugs, and he’s clearly above 3 ft and not in cracks.” As a contractor you should know this
