I pulled this off the MNDOT web page:
Stillwater Lift Bridge lift schedule resumed today
The 2019 Stillwater Lift Bridge lift schedule officially began this morning. However, due to construction, it will have no impact on marine traffic on the St. Croix River. The lift span is currently locked in the raised position. Boats should travel through the lift span and follow the navigational signs through the no-wake zone.
Later this spring or early summer, we’ll lower the lift span to continue repairs. But we’ll float out Span #6 just east of the lift span before lowering the lift span. This will allow boats and other river traffic to pass through the bridge.
