And while we’re at it can we remove Minnesota and Illinois from the list of Midwest states? The values of those 2 states are not very Midwestern,see an electoral map if this confuses you

I just read several Illinois counties bordering Indiana want to secede and Indiana will take them. Apparently for that to happen, both states and Congress have to agree. Of course will never happen.
