    What a game! I won’t lie, I was rooting for east but what a great game for a championship!
    Thoughts?

    After watching the quarterfinals on Thursday I didn’t think Minnetonka would win it all (I thought Edina was a lock) but their gritty and physical style grew on me. Fun team to watch!

    100% correct! The tourney makes me proud to be Minnesotan for sure. News is getting around the country about how big time hockey is in MN. Proud of our boys and fantastic games at that!

    It’s probably my favorite sporting event to watch that I look forward to every year. The history and camaraderie between fans of all ages makes this a pretty special event.

    It was a long weekend but I look forward to it every year. Tom Reids got the best of me Friday night and the case of White Castle got the best of me most of Saturday. devil

    I really enjoyed the games as well. We watched many of them while fishing crappie this week.

    It’s always fun to multitask!

    I saw the AA semis on Friday. First time ever. Great event. I figured Minnetonka would take it after watching the games.

    Ouch! Been there many times myself years ago. What get’s you through that is reminiscing the fun you had the previous day…if you can remember? The older you get though, you’ve learned moderation. White Castle? Not the worst you could do. Taco Bell? That’s another regret you’ll have the next day. mrgreen
