….from about three years ago. Maybe only two. Anyways, Starkist got hit with a class action suit and there was a link one could follow if they’d purchased any Starkist products within a certain time frame. We fell inside that time line and today I got a coupon good for $5.03 towards and Starkist purchase where at least three of the products were purchased. We’ll use a lot of tuna during the winter months so we got 5 cans and applied the 8 cents toward the rest of the grocery purchase.

    Mine came too!

$5.03 Might be the larges refund from a class action suit ever!
    Cha ching!

It came out right after everyone was chatting about tuna melts here on IDO.

Guys who know how to fish don’t need canned tuna!

I have several cans in the cupboard.

I received $2.38 from KCC Class Action Services LLC on 9/19/2019. They send it to my Paypal account.

Tom, did you have to somehow prove you purchased within that time frame? I mean I can’t imagine anyone still having receipts??

Nope. Just stated I bought the tuna and approximately how many cans over a certain period on line. I got a confirmation code and was told to wait and expect a settlement. Took all of two minutes so the payout was plenty fair.

Got mine also, do not even remember doing this. Last month, I received one from Target for $44 that I had all but given up on. These things take quite awhile.

I wonder how many cans of tuna the lawyers that filed the class action suit got?
