St Croix Warranty

How long does it usually take for St Croix to respond to a warranty claim? I submitted the pictures and completed form they asked for about 2 weeks ago but the only responce I’ve gotten is the automatic “we’ve received your claim” email. I’m hoping someone has dealt with them recently on a warranty issue because the last time I did was years ago and I had to ship the rod to them to start the process.

The two times I had damage to a St Croix rod I had to mail it in. Their response time was excellent but that was 4-5 years ago.

I did one earlier this year. It took about a month to process and then I had to wait a few weeks, because they are so far behind, before I got my replacement.
