Struggled on Pool 4 Wednesday, so launched at Bluff Park yesterday and fished the St. Croix. Concentrated on stretch from landing down to Prescott. Whitebass were going strong, threw a bunch back. Got one nice walleye with some unders, and kept a few small saugers. Everything came casting jiggin raps and jig and minnows in 18′-22′ of water. Water temp was 55° in the morning and ticked 57° by afternoon. I don’t fish the rivers very often, but I thought the clarity/flow was good.
