Every day I go over the 94 bridge I am happy to see no ice! That said…it may be the last weekend based on the long range forecast. How has the bite been? I only fished a few hours last weekend and it was a bit slow. Looking to head out Sunday if I can break away from decorating the house!
I’ll be heading out too. This fall has been great for me! Until last weekend, when I went out for a few hours Sunday and got nothing except a few shad by the power plant. (Although I was really hampered by the amount of ice hurting my ability to troll)
Hoping to fish Bayport to Afton Saturday and thinking it will be 100% ice free after the weather we’ve had this week.
