I’m back. Took long enough, because of the Thanksgiving week. Finally got my slide back this weekend. They installed the correct size screws. I had to call today to find out what was actually done because there were no notes in the box and/or an email explaining the fix. I love the way my Hellcat feels/shoots, but Springfield’s customer service (with exception of the nice lady I spoke with today) is a complete dumpster fire. Don’t know if I’ll ever purchase from them again.
