Banks Four Seasons Sports is looking for two new sales associates. Eligible candidates must have general knowledge in the area of firearms, archery and fishing. There are two positions available:
1st position would be a part time employee (10-20 hours per week). Applicant must be able to work nights and weekends. Qualified candidate must have a passion for the outdoors, flexible schedule, be trustworthy and possess great communication skills. Pay will be based on retail experience.
2nd position would be a part time employee (20-30 hours per week). Applicant must be able to pass a background check required to sell firearms. This position would be a set schedule Thursday – Sunday. Qualified applicant will have strong leadership qualities, experience with various p.o.s. systems, at least two years of retail experience and exceptional communication skills. Pay will be based upon experience.
