I’m thinking a box like this would be a good deal. Blades are right there visually. It looks like the rivets used are glued into a piece of PVS strip or wood? Then some insulation strip on the top to keep them secure. Some adhesive to glue the strip to the box? Does anyone who ever made something like this have any tips?

Very interesting. Seems like it would take up a lot of space.
I just keep mine in small ziplock bags. Bagged by similar colors and shapes.
Sorry for not helping with ideas.

I use a thin 3700 box and put the blades on safety pins. Sorted by style, size, and color.

I bought a box exactly like the one pictured. I don’t recall where I bought it but it works great. It’s the same size as a typical 3700 sized box.

A buddy of mine said the same thing, but Google/me couldn’t find it. If you come across it, let me know.

I saw a picture like that a few years ago and made one. It works well

Did you just glue the strip and rivets in, or did you apply a little pressure with the rivet gun?

I used a washer and used 3 rivets to hold each in, and just pushed rivets through the back for the pins.
