For all you other guys who throw spinner baits for bass all summer, how do you store them? I right now have a bigger spinner box thing. But dont really like it. Looking for other options and ideas

I’ve had a couple different boxes over the years and have found almost without fail that the spinner baits don’t fare well if put back in the box wet. I have a towel laid out to lay used spinnerbaits on so they can dry good before going back in the box.

The best box I’ve used is my current box which is about 6″ square and maybe 7-8″ high with two slotted dividers. This holds about 24-30 baits.

I have two of these. One for my spinnerbaits and one for buzzbaits. They work great and have holes on top and bottom to dry out. I have both packed almost full and haven’t had an issue.

I have a similar box to Tom. Available everywhere. Works well minus a tangle here and there and fits in my rod/tackle locker.

I have an old Flambeau spinnerbait box that I have had since the late 90’s. I don’t see them anymore so I don’t think they make them anymore. I do like the ones Munchy linked to.

Buy a 2 or 3’ closet rod. Buy a piece of foam pipe insulation and zip tie it to the rod. Throw the rod on your front deck with your spinnerbaits suck to the insulation.

No more digging around and putting baits away. When done drop the whole thing in the side compartment.
