I found this on allrecipes and it was easy and awesome!

    +1/3 cup chicken broth
    +1 tablespoon oyster sauce
+1 tablespoon soy sauce, or as needed
    +2 teaspoons fish sauce
    +1 teaspoon white sugar
    +1 teaspoon brown sugar
    +2 tablespoons vegetable oil
+1 pound skinless, boneless chicken thighs, coarsely chopped
    +1/4 cup sliced shallots
    +4 cloves garlic, minced
+2 tablespoons minced Thai chilies, Serrano, or other hot pepper
+1 cup very thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
    +2 cups hot cooked rice

I substituted onion for shallots and used sesame oil instead of veg oil. Mix broth, oyster sauce, fish sauce and sugar. Mince chicken (or any protein) and marinate in soy sauce and garlic. stir fry meat and onion in oil, add chili, sauce later then basil at the end after sauce thickens.

    It was surprisingly good. YUM

I made that tonight Dave! Thanks for recommendation. I added some unsalted peanuts for crunch, but it was decent and super easy to make

Looks similar to a recipe I’ve made in the past. And just a heads up if you can find it fresh, which is rare for me, swap out the regular basil for Sweet Thai Basil. You will not be disappointed!
