What’s your favorite bassin waters for smallmouth? How about largemouth? I do like the mississippi for both. Pool 2 is great! As far as lakes though. I think Lake Wissota for smallies or green lake in Spicer Largemouth.. Prolly Minnetonka, I do like the osswannamakee chain too. But how about you?

River System-Mississippi-chatterbaits on wingdams is addicting for smallmouth
    Smallmouth-Pipe Lake-Polk/Barron County Line
    Largemouth-White Ash Lake, Polk County

These are just my favorite go-to lakes. There are better ones out there (pelican Lake takes the cake for LMB and SMB) but the ones I start out on will always be the ones I like the most!

Smallmouth: Mille Lacs, Mule Lake, Mississippi River, Koronis
Largemouth Sylvia/Twin (Sentimental value, the lake I learned to fish for bass on) Now called East and West Sylvia.
Platte/Sullivan- The lakes I fish most now.
