Plastic Craws are quickly becoming my favorite all round bass lures…on a swim or finesse jig, texas style, usually on a 7’4″ Med Fast w 20# braid/fluoro leader…or Carolina Rig on my 7’3″ MH rod w 30# braid/fluoro leader.

These are 3.75″ Revolution Bait Co… Kickr Craws

    How about you guys?

I’m a YUM Craw Papi guy myself as far as flipping baits go! . The action of their pinchers are bar none!

As for jig trailers in the summer months and fall, you can’t beat the Rage craws, and Rage chunks!

Yamamoto Flappin Hawgs have done well for me. They’re not the most durable soft plastic, but the fish seem to love them.

I think the YUM Craw Papi is the original John…and still my #1. There are some really nice competitors and hand poured versions… but usually more expensive.

Remember the old Uncle Josh pork rind frogs? They have craw chunks too.

I like the Yamamoto fat baby craw, Zoom little critter craw and the Zoom cross craw. these are good for texas rigging but not great jig trailers. Lots of great jig trailers out there, won’t even start to list.
Tom, what is that swim jig in the pic?

paca craws and chunks for me. They’re cheap and put a lot of fish in the boat.

Those kickr craws do look nice though…

man its been a long winter. Can’t wait to get out on some open water………

Surprised to see no Berkley Chigger Craws! .. I use them as trailer’s quite often on my smaller jigs. Work quite well..

Craw Papi and Chigger craws are my go to baits but I dont think you can beat the scent of powerbait plastics she stuff smells nasty but the fish love it. I also tried some trigger X flappin craws last year and they work really nice for a swimjig trailer, the flappin bug is also a good flippin bait I found out
