Non-Bass fisherman questions?

    Coming from a non-bassfisherman what are the best techniques to catch some big bass this time of year in the metro? I’ve heard this is a great time of year to catch some really nice bass. Thinking about going out tomorrow. Thanks.

    Crankbaits, Spinnerbaits, and my all time favorite TOPWATER. I got out the last two days and saw a fantastic Buzzbait bite.

    In fact I missed an absolute pig on a buzzbait, one of those fish that you would give up all the other fish you caught that day just for another chance at her The fish blew up on my buzzer and came completely out of the water, all 22+ inches of her. I would have loved to get that explosion on film. Lets say that fish will see and hear a few more buzzbaits this fall

    I would be looking for shallow GREEN weeds.
