Reel problem

    i have a reel that has a problem with and i THINK its the gears. After i make my cast, the first crank i make, sometimes it wont catch or click unless i push the button all the way down again. you can hear something grinding inside which i thinks the gears, its kind of hard to explain but does anyone know wut the problem is and how to fix it?

    what kind of reel are we talking about

    It sounds like the clutch isn’t engaging fully after a cast. A cleaning and lubing would probably fix it.
