Caught about 15 nice bass, none big. The biggest was 18 inches. Two small Tiger Muskies.

Eating the Culprit Worm in the Milfoil.

    Already back to work…

Will be on Waconia on Friday, helping with the BASS Jr. TOC

I live a block away form Calhoun and have only casted from shore. Did you use a canoe or row boat? What did you use to catch the skis? I am super curious. Any info much appreciated.

They eat anything in the milfoil. Very aggressive fish. I think it is bred into them.

They just were eating the worm, as I was fishing for Bass in the Milfoil.

I use the landing and put my boat into the lake.

    Elliot:

What do you think the neighborhood would think if I fired up the 225 and gave Calhoun a “Hot Lap” at 5:30 AM?

I have always wanted to do it on both Calhoun and Harriet….

I wonder if anybody would even say anything as the boat was going around the lake at 70+MPH. Me – grin on my face like the first time I took the big wheel down the neighborhood hill at about 25MPH.

Good laugh there. I would love that . I’m gonna use the “hot lap” saying. Motor boats on Calhoun would be sweet. Thanks a lot for the info. I’ll have to give it a shot soon.

If you want to get out on the lake, I can take you for an AM fishing trip. I usually go from 5AM to 9AM on weekdays and weekends. Depends on work, weather and the little lady’s honey – do list. We just built a new house off of Lake Harriet so I have been busy with the landscaping, driveway, sidewalk, etc.

There a BIG bass in dem dier waters.

    Let me know
