Skeet is definitely a great bass angler. It will be interesting to see how he performs in the Elite Series this year with a guaranteed spot in the 2010 Classic.

Will he stay hot and contend for AOY or will he take the year off in terms of going for points and try and fish for the win and if he doesn’t contend just lay off.

congrats to Skeet.. but all in all it was a classic to remember..

I wish that they had covered more of what Mark Davis was fishing.. he was adjacent to the main channel. its a spot like that , that I would like to know more about..

a true key river spot, in my mind..

I was bummed to see the kid from SD fall out of the lead. Not sure where he learned to bass fish growing up out there.

Yup and Lake Sharpe and Oahe are huge sleepers for giant smallies. Just funny if you’ve ever been to Martin, SD. Not what most would picture as a strong environment to promote bass fishing. Drinkin’ and tippin’ cows, I could completely see.

I believe his dad’s name is Monte and I am pretty sure Monte has been the BASS Federation representative from South Dakota to the Federation National Championship several times. I have seen the name Monte Fralick often enough in tournament results to take note of it.

Congratulations to Terry Fitzpatrick! I think he did great job being this was his first classic. He must have handled the pressure pretty well. Again, Congratulations!
