Castrol Pro David Dudley, the reigning FLW Tour Angler of the Year and FLW Outdoors leading money winner (over $2.3 million), will be speaking at the MFBA Annual Meeting on Saturday, Feb. 28. The MFBA Annual Meeting is being held in conjunction with the Fishing Tackle Swap Meet which is being held at the Nationl Guard Armory in St. Paul.
