    everyone experiencing this right now?? im fishing mostly from 8:30 to about 12 noon and it’s been slow…

    pretty slow here Saturday after the front moved through and the storm the night before…had to resort to flipping tubes in submerged willows…was able to wrestle two outof three out of the brush…

    Followed a guy around the lake who was tossing a frog…had lots of blowups…very few hook ups…

    The bite has been real good for me. Sun. was about the slowest but it was still OK.

    The bass bite has been real good. I was out last weekend with some buddies and we boated over 100 bass, despite changing weather conditions. At least on the lake we fished, I would say the postspawn funk is done, and the bass are in ‘summer’ mode.

    nope, you could catch a bass on a red treble hook right now.
