I’m heading this to Central Florida for some bass fishing with my father. Anyone have any tips they can provide. We are going to be fishing a few lakes that are 3,000 acres or less. I’ve been under the impression that the golden shiner is the main forage this time of year (therefore I stocked up on gold colored rattle traps etc), however the past two major tournaments virtually everyone was having success with creature baits and trick worms. Thanks in advance for any tips or advise on baits or lakes to choose. As of now it appears that we will be fishing either Lake Sebring, Lake Iskopo, and others. I will be certain to report after I return.
