I fished down at Lake of the Ozarks in a TBF Qualifier last weekend. The water was cold and muddy which is unusual down there and it made things kinda tough. Anyway ,after 2 days on the water we had a little something going so I was ready. I drew out with a guy from Kansas City and unfortunatly it was my tourny to go co-angler so we were in his boat. We got about 1 mile from the blast off site(boat # 3) and his motor overheated and shut down. 
.He had never had his boat out yet and it was not pumping water.Needless to say we never made it to my fish or any warmer water either.Please check your boats out before your first tourny and save you and your partner alot of grief.We never boated a keeper, and I am way in the hole qualifing for state team.
