Is Flooding Predicted this Spring?

    I am just wondering if there is any prediction of flooding for this spring due to snow/ice melt from Northern MN and the Dakotas.
    I know that you can never be certain due to the amount of rain we may or may not get this spring, but I was just curious if there is a prediction?
