I see that on pools in the Winona Area because of the flooding we have jumped in water level which was expected, but the water temp dropped from 72 on aug. 18 to about 59 on the 20th.
Do you think this will affect the bite? Or will the combination of higher water, temp drop and dirty water be a big problem for those fishing this weekend on pools 5-8?

Up here the smallies have still been on the chew and temps dropped into the high 60’s now and the smallies have still be in there predictable locations for now. But that time of year right now up here where the fish are starting to locate into fall locations.
