    Just wondering if any of you have had a slow time on the water lately? I went out today for about 2 hours and caught 3 bass. Biggest being about 2-2.5 lbs.

    This time of year the fish have SO many food choices, some days can be a challenge to find the willing biters. The one thing about this time of year is the reaction bite can be great.

    The bass were chomping on the Iowa Great Lakes this weekend, even with the unstable weather. I’m sure it’ll vary water to water though.

    Been horrible. Was out tuesday and caught only 1 fish. Buggers were jumping all around my boat, but I couldn’t get them to bite a thing. Threw the whole tackle box at em, but came up dry. Most frustrating day I have ever had.
