    i wonder how the smallies have been goin on the rum river and also on the st.croix any info would be much appreciated thanks

    I was on the St Croix a few weeks ago, it was a little slow, but had one nice 18 1/4 inch Smallie caught in the Kinni narrows, off the shoreline rocks.

    We found’em (last Fri)just south of Beanies on the MN side-4-6 FOW. Nothing spectacular for size, just some great scrappy fun. They kept us busy (C & R) for about 2 hrs before we moved on. – – -jerr
