I finally caught my first 21″ Bass of the yr this afternoon; it weighed in at 5 lbs 10 oz per my Berlkey digital scale. Actually been a few yrs since I have caught a 21″ Bass. Been catching alot of 20’s but couldn’t seem to hit the 21″ mark until this afternoon

Fishing was pretty good on my metro lake this afternoon with several 18″ to 20″ fish caught. It was a little tough at first with the wind and I had to make some presentation adjustments.

I’ll be putting away my Bass stuff pretty soon in preperation for the Fall Walleye bite. Might have to give my metro lake one more trip later this Fall after the water cools down.

Nice bass. Got into them pretty good myself this weekend up north. Just playing around with casting rattle traps to the weeds on the edge of the break lines.

    Way to go Kendall!
Great time of the year to throw the Green Punkins! We’ll get on the water for sure next time I can get over there. Bass in the summer…Eyes spring N fall!
