Metro-area largemouth bass fishing

    I’ve been so busy working on the Scatter Rap Challenge blog and TV special the last 3 weeks for IDO, I have not gotten out bass fishing at all, or heard much from my fishing buddies about how the bite has been, following the late, late spring.

    My dad is coming to visit from Nebraska this weekend and I’m going to take him fishing on Sunday. Anyone heard where there’s a good bite, or share some general water temp/depth/etc. info and intel how the post-spawn LMBs are behaving?

    I’ve seen a lot of fish starting to move in around docks and the cabbage beds in 6-10 ft depending on what lake it is. Killed em on a dt-1 last Thursday. Docks were okay too.
