After taking my qUANTUM tOURNEY tRAIL BAITCASTER APART i realized that some of the bushings are bent upward. should i bend them back to straight or are they meant to be like that? i have had this reel for about 3 or 4 years and am starting to feel some grinding in the gears. any comments are appriciated thanks.

Bent bushings? I have no clue what you’re talking about. Can you take a decent pic and post it?
Those are the bent washers meant to make your drag work. Don’t flatten them. Put them back on the crank shaft facing like () so when you turn the drag star, there will be pressure on your drags.

Bingo.
Make sure you grease those gears and oil the bearings. The grinding is probably dry gears/bearings.
